venus is the second iteration of its predecessor, mercury. It includes several memory/runtime and strategy optimizations over mercury and uses the following approach:

• Each friendly bot targets the closest enemy bot. If multiple enemies are the same distance away, it targets the one with the lowest health.
• Breadth-first search path planning is used to find a route to the target.
• Spawn squares are avoided during path planning when the turn is a spawn turn.
